Gone are the days of posting a single photo with an inspiring caption because that’s all Instagram allowed. But also, some insta gurus are saying that in order to grow, you need to post 2-3 times per day with different mediums of content. So, what the heck are you to do when posting once per day feels daunting?!
You don’t HAVE to do anything in your business. But there are benefits to posting daily. And that’s 100% what I did to build this brand and business on the gram.
Before you say “BuT tHaT wAs BeFoRe ThE aLgOrItHm”
Naaahhhh I just barely reached 10k before the devil arrived.
▪️builds knowability (a recognizable brand)
▪️gives you REPS (you find your voice, message and niche faster. You fail forward and create better content)
▪️gives you daily FEEDBACK
▪️means more opportunity for touch points with your audience and potential clients
▪️builds your content portfolio – giving you more ability to repurpose and reuse
▪️expedites your confidence (because we gain confidence through DOING).
There’s more – but that’s enough to see WHY posting daily can be beneficial.
In what instance is consistency over the long game NOT beneficial? I’ll wait.
You don’t have to drop a banger everyday. But I guarantee that most of you can provide value everyday. Work within your means. And if you can’t post daily, at least be consistent and build trust through reliability.
Lower the barrier to entry no matter what – how can you create short form, bite size content? A graphic like the one above? 3 steps, 10 ways, 8 lessons, 5 mantras. Swipe graphics are VERY sharable in nature. And they can often take place or need for a long caption. Work smarter.
