Because NOTHING is in this course that doesn’t need to be. Like my programming, everything has a purpose. So please for the love of all things holy, resist the urge to skip ahead.
This course is designed to help you take simple strength and hypertrophy concepts and principals and apply them with expertise. That’s where the name PURE PROgramming comes from. In my eyes, this IS program design in it’s purest form.
