▪️4-5 week phases never stopped working
▪️Compound + *isolation* and/or single joint work never stopped working
▪️Repeating weekly workouts never stopped working
▪️Progressive overload never stopped working
Programming IS complex by nature. Because there are near endless combinations of exercises and methods to be used. BUT ALSO McTINA, when we start with the basics, and shut the flashing lights, things start to come together quite nicely.
Do less. Do it better. Stick to the BASICS. Know what they do. Tell me it doesn’t work.
