You’re a new coach or new the online space.
What are you selling? Can you even tell me?
Most coaches start with 1:1, and for good reason.
So, today we go over how to BUILD or refine your 1:1 offer and position it so that it is the most accurate and therefore appealing to your ideal client.

Your first offer in the online space needs to do a few things:
I’ve watched plenty of coaches build out offers that they wanted to build but weren’t actually needed or more importantly WANTED by their audience.
I won’t say that is wasted time, because I am sure there is a lot of learning there. BUT, do your due diligence and market research before just offering something people don’t want.
What solution do you provide? What is your niche? What have they tried in the past? Why hasn’t it worked? Why is your method or approach different?
This allllllll falls under needed and wanted offer. Answer these questions and get clear on what differentiates your offer from others.
You need to make money
If you currently have an offer, at what price point? Does that need to go up? Can you add value? Or can you get away with removing something that isn’t ESSENTIAL for your customer to get their results?
Do a little audit if you’re already serving clients.
If you have yet to launch, then lay out everything involved in your offer / coaching and choose a price that will:
Your offer will change over time. That’s expected and fine. But that doesn’t mean you should go at it willy nilly with no plan or clarity to begin with.
You’ll likely feel more confident selling this offer and implementing with clients if you gain some clarity here first.
