Today, I’m showing some lower body hinge movements (Romanian Deadlift, Single Leg Romanian Deadlift and Glute Bridge) with kettle bells (which could be dumbbells or a barbell) and then, the same movement with a large band. Who doesn’t love a good hinge? The hinge pattern favors the posterior chain – glutes and hamstrings.
When using bands, note that your tension and “load” will increase at the top of the movement, and decrease (often to nothing) at the bottom of the movement.👇🏼What equipment do you have at home now?
