A launch is no joke. It can be an overwhelming rollercoaster ride. And it certainly isn’t fun when you put your creation out into the world, only to hear crickets.
So is it possible to go from zero enrollments on day one to people paying in full four days later? Yes. Yes it is. Here’s how:
What to do when your launch is flopping (or feels like it’s flopping).
Listeeeennnnn. It happens.
And it can be a big giant mind game if you don’t have some grounding tools in your back pocket.
These are just a few I have used with my biz clients. That yes, have taken them from a “flop” to clients paying in full the next day (without sales calls).
You launched, and ZERO people enrolled. It’s only normal to feel disappointed. But also, the launch is not over. We can still end strong. So let’s.

After viewing numbers and seeing that people ARE DOING THE THINGS, they just haven’t enrolled yet, decide your next step:
Your people simply need to see and hear more. They’re not a NO. They’re undecided, so help them out!
Take a breather and then follow your next planned task. Or
Do something you enjoy and put off the next task. Or
Pivot to what you think needs to be done.
Think about yourself as a consumer. I always say, sell and create from the consumer point of view. How many times do you go to sales page or view product before investing? Probably more than once. This is where tracking numbers and continuing to show up is so so helpful!
If someone has unsubscribed from a mailing list or said no to joining, that’s a WIN for you.
You have effectively deterred a human who is not for your program. Yay to not taking someone’s money only to have them be a terrible client or not get results from your offer!
Remember you’re getting feedback for next time. What worked? What didn’t work?
Then you start in a better and better place each launch moving forward.
Remember this is what to do if your launch is “flopping” – not how to plan one in the first place. If it’s flopping, something was off to begin with, but we’re past that now.
I sincerely hope this was helpful. Save for later and share with all your friends.
Have you had a “flop”? What’s the most stressful piece of launching or sales for you?
