I didn’t know what a launch was in 2016. Now I fill promo spots behind the scenes before going live to the public. It is quite literally my favorite approach. And that’s a piece of what I am sharing with you today.
To be clear, this training refers to someone who is building or has built an email waitlist prior to launching. This way, you have a list of humans who are interested in your offer and prepared to buy.
Launching can be done ONE TIME or multiple times (often 2-4 times per year). It is a hard open and hard close time period for customers to apply for and/or purchase a product or service. Because I work with health and fitness professionals, this training only applies if you offer something other than one on one services.
Fact is, if you’re anything like circa 2016 Annie, the extent of your launching has been you coming up with an offer and saying one to two times to your audience, “I made this thing…you can buy it now.”
First off, that’s not a launch. And gone are the days of that approach. Also, no shame because we all just do the best we know in this journey of entrepreneurship.
A launch consists of many phases. If you fail the first phase, your launch will suffer. Well before you ask for people’s money, they need to know that whatever you’re selling is for them. They need to be familiar with your product or service. As you watch the mini training below, I encourage you to think about how you’ve seen other companies do this – whether you’ve purchased from them or not.
What I share today focuses on just THAT – the PRE-LAUNCH. Because that’s where people have the most room to improve I think.
