Imposter Syndrome – something you will never not experience. So how do you have it, yet still move forward and make progress in your business? I hope you help you with that RIGHT NOW.
You think you need more knowledge, more experience, more flare/personality, a larger following. WROOONNGGGG. You’re wrong.
Here’s the thing; you know more than the people you NEED to know more than. You will ALWAYS be learning. And you will always experience doubt and imposter syndrome on some level. News flash, it doesn’t go away. That means you can either start showing up and build your expertise. OR keep learning, hoard it all for yourself, and continue questioning if you deserve space here.
But I’m guessing that’s NOT what you want to do. Your people are BEHIND you in their process. You are the only YOU, and you do this differently than anyone else. You are the tits even through you DON’T know it all. But you have tools and education that could help someone else.
So whhhyyyyy are you keepin’ that hidden from them!? RUDE. Because you aren’t sure you’re the one? You’re not sure it’s your place? You don’t know enough? You don’t “fit in?”
Ask the question that matters: What’s the worst that can happen? Really, what is it? What’s the best that can happen? And which is more likely? I think you’ll find that this practice leaves you with the glaring option to DO IT – TO SHOW UP.
That, my friend, is why we define your expertise + personality + mother categories in FitsPRO Foundation. So that you can show up with authority + authenticity, over and over and over again. So, are you or have you struggled with imposter syndrome? How did you get passed it? If you have.
